1. USB drive issue...
If you get the error while you are trying to make an installation media on a USB drive, it could be because of the USB drive you are using doesn’t have enough space on it. The USB drive should have minimum free space of 4 GB.
2. Hard drive issue
Make sure that you have enough disc space on your hard drive. Windows 8 32-bit version requires16 GB of free space, and Windows 8 64-bit requires 20 GB.
3. Hardware drives incompatible issue
Run your Windows update to make sure that your Windows is up to date.
