Ingredients: 6 skinless boneless chicken thighs, 1 egg, smash, spices of your choice (I keep it simple and use garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and sometimes a little cumin), frylight.
1) pour smash into a bowl, enough to coat the six chicken thighs.
2) beat egg in a different bowl.
3) add the spices of your choice into the dry smash and mix together.
4) spray oven tray with frylight (I use the garlic one )
5) dip chicken thigh into egg and then roll in smash mixture. Set on oven tray and spray with some more frylight
6)) repeat for all thighs.
7) if you have any egg left, brush it over the top of the chicken.
8) cook in oven for around 30 minutes at 180. This varies depending the oven type.
