signs your husband is gay

I'm just trying to really understand- and I welcome a healthy debate with no bashing. But I'm trying to understand exactly what "making America great again means"
Is he referring to how great it was during segregation? Or when women couldn't vote? Or when women had to ask their dads or signs your husband is gays to sign off so they could get a credit card or apartment? or when women had no control over their reproductive rights? Maybe he means going back to the 80s when the crack epidemic ...was introduced. Or great when children were forced to work in factories and child labor was cool? Or before we had unions, Or when the Japanese were in interment camps. Or the native Americans were driven from their homes. Maybe when slavery was a thing? Was it great when people had picnic invites to lynchings? When interracial relationships were illegal? When gays had no rights? Was it great when we had Jim Crowe laws? Maybe he means when we treated our military servicemen coming back from Vietnam like social pariahs? Maybe when we practiced and enforced Eugenics on the poor and mentally ill? Or when we infected people with syphilis and didn't treat them? Maybe when people had forced lobotomies to correct behavior that wasn't socially acceptable? Maybe it was when wall street literally stole millions from people and they lost their homes? Can't quite figure out which America he's trying to go back to?
