omega fitness club roma

 

Pump Spaghetti today! This antioxidant rich marinara sauce is designed with a base of Roma & cherry tomatoes that I dehydrated along with sun dried tomatoes. Instead of adding olive oil to the marinara I added hemp seeds for extra amino acids & omega fitness club romas. Anti inflammatory raw garlic & fresh organic basil also made the cut. I wanted to through in some dulse which is a sea vegetable & extremely detoxing but I wasn't sure how it would be received...maybe next time. wink emoticon zucchini & summer squash noodles from farmers market finds, olives & spinach. Topped with my Parm sprinkles which is a combo of hemp seeds & b12 source Nutritional yeast. I added raw beets as a garnish for the pump & extra detoxing benefits but I didn't like the way it photographed against the marinara. (Picky much?) But that's in the party as well.
