Current Progress Picture. 😳📷🙈 I get quite a bit of questions as to why I don't show my body more as I stay, for the most part, pretty well covered up other than in my own home. Every once in a while I like to "give the people what they want" only to show that I practice what I preach & to inspire or provide some sort of helpful or useful information. There will be no ego flexing or narcissistic preachy caption here. I'm sure your feeds full of them.
Right now i'm in the dieti...ng process (story of my life, but I love it!)and am eating a daily macro total of 124c 200p 55.5f with a weekly High Carb Day of 225c. I weigh 146 lbs and am losing about .5-1.5lbs per week on average. Been maintaining these macros with constant loss for close to 2 months now! I train 6 days per week with weights, although most likely in another month or so I'll dial it back to 5 as My body let's me know when it's time to fuck right off. 😤Happens every diet. My cardio is at 2 Moderate 20 min. sessions and 2 15 min HIIT sessions per week. I'll most likely shoot for another couple lbs of weight loss before I flip this shit & reverse it! The low food intake and lower body fat percentages are not only not maintainable year round, but it's unrealistic so the food will slowly be added back in while bringing some more life back into this guy! 😙🍞🍦🍩🍪 If ya have any questions or are curious as to how to reach your fitness goals feel free to shoot me a message, I'd love to help!
